Together we are set to turn this business opportunity into a success. BlueSky will deliver its product through a network of partners. Key partners include Robinson Helicopters, a leading manufacturer of aircraft, and Twin Air, an experienced flight training company. Within this network of partners, BlueSky has the unique competency for the management of flight training and sale of aircraft. BlueSky's superior capability to access prospective students will be the key source of its competitive advantage.
Additional areas of distinction are BlueSky's networking capability and a unique legal setup to operate a flight training outfit out of Nigeria.

BlueSky will base its initial marketing success on thorough market research and a detailed data base of prospective students/sponsors already in place, the company will operate its aircraft at Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Zaria, Kaduna State in Nigeria.
The aircraft records, scheduling, and office will be located at the office within the college Services BlueSky offers services in three primary areas; aircraft flight instruction, aircraft sales & services and aviation consulting. In order to do so, BlueSky will maintain a fleet of 4 R44, 4 R22 and 2 FRASCA Simulators updated with the latest avionics.

Training services includes initial and add-on private (PPL), commercial (CPL), instrument rating (IFR), certified flight instructor (CFI), certified flight instructor instrument (CFII) and airline transport pilot (ATP). Also available are specialized courses such as basic and advanced long line, introduction to police flying and advanced emergency training including full-down autorotation. Student housing and accommodation is available to learn about flying a helicopter and begin a path towards a career as a helicopter pilot.

Our competitive differences include professionally maintained aircraft, instructor insurance, and our 24-hour scheduling service that will allow greater flexibility of our aircraft flight times.

In the future, BlueSky plans to enhance their aircraft training position by acquiring complex, high-performance, single and multi-engine aircraft for commercial and airline transport pilot training and dealership. We also plan to conduct up-to-the-minute aircraft scheduling through the use of the Internet and an online business website.

At the purchase of the Robinson helicopters BlueSky stands to be licensed as an agent and Robinson helicopters factory authorized dealer in West and Central Africa. This will afford Bluesky the opportunity to introduce to the market in this part of the world, the newly developed Robinson product R66 which, is presently undergoing FAA certification and may be in the market at the first quarter of 2008.
